Garlic Halloumi Fries with a Healthy Garlic Dip
Crispy, golden garlic halloumi fries with a quick, healthy garlic yogurt dip — ready in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 225g halloumi
- 2–3 tsp The Paste Co. Garlic Herb Paste (for the fries)
- 15g plain flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp The Paste Co. Garlic Herb Paste (for the dip)
Method
- Cut the halloumi into thick fries.
- Coat the halloumi with 2–3 teaspoons of Garlic Herb Paste until evenly covered.
- Lightly coat each fry in plain flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry the halloumi for 3–4 minutes on each side until crisp and golden.
- Meanwhile, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of Garlic Herb Paste to make a quick garlic dip.
- Serve the halloumi fries immediately with the garlic dip.
