We know you’re keen to get cooking — so we dispatch fast and pack every order with care, glass jars wrapped and cushioned so they arrive in perfect condition.

- Free UK delivery on qualifying orders — applied automatically at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 1–2 working days — around 2–4 working days from order to doorstep.
- Every order is sent tracked — we’ll email you a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
- We currently ship within the UK only.
Returns
Every jar of The Paste Co is made with clean ingredients and carefully checked before it leaves us — we hold our products to a high standard, and your satisfaction matters to us.
As we sell food, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at orders@thepasteco.com within 7 days of delivery — include your order number and a photo if anything’s damaged — and we’ll make it right.
